General shipping information

Please understand that quoted delivery times are estimates as we can not vouch for the carriers procedures. This holds true especially for shipping out of Germany. In doubt get in touch with us. 

Delivery times may be extended if products need to be remanufactured.

Delivery Costs (incl. Packaging) for Jewelry:

We understand that our standard delivery costs are unduely high for jewelry. This has to do with restictions of our simple shop-system. If you want to be charged reasonable delivery costs for jewelry we suggest that you place your order via email. That way standard delivery costs (incl. packaging) for jewelery will be  €1.50 within Germany and  €3.50 for all other EU-countries.
